IVFVault Privacy Policy

Effective July 3, 2026

IVFVault is built so that we never see your data. This policy is short because there is almost nothing to disclose: IVFVault's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected."

What we collect

Nothing. IVFVault has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. We do not operate any server that receives your data, and the app does not use Apple Health or any other data source outside what you enter yourself.

Where your data lives

Everything you log (cycles, medications, doses, appointments, results, outcomes, expenses, notes) is stored on your device. If iCloud is signed in, your data is also stored in your own personal, private CloudKit database, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it: there is no IVFVault server, and no account is required to use the app.

App Lock

IVFVault offers an optional device-level App Lock (Face ID/Touch ID/ passcode) so the app cannot be opened by someone else with access to your unlocked phone. This is a local access control only; it does not change where your data is stored or who can see it.

Purchases

IVFVault Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details.

Your control

You can export all of your data as CSV at any time from More > Export, and erase everything in-app from More > Privacy > Erase All Data (or by deleting the app and removing IVFVault data from iCloud in iOS Settings). Marking a cycle as not continuing only silences its reminders; it never deletes or hides that cycle's data, and only you can choose to erase it.

Children

IVFVault is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
